The Hot Corner is located outside of the ballpark on the corner of Edgar Martinez Dr. and 1st Avenue. It's right across the street from Home Plate Gate and the Mariners Garage. The Hot Corner is an expansive space that is fully fenced. It's the perfect event space for Tailgates, Multiple Vendor Exhibition, Ride & Drives, Races, Carnivals, Food Trucks, Activations, tented events, and more.
