Frequently Asked Questions

How many tickets is considered a “Group”?

A “Mariners Group” is considered as 20 or more ticketed fans and qualifies for a discount in select sections. Our discounts vary by size. Group ranges are as follows:

  • 20-39 tickets
  • 40-79 tickets
  • 80-159 tickets
  • 160+ tickets

If I have 20 or more tickets, can I get a discount in the Bleachers?

Our discounted Group tickets are not available in the Left of Centerfield Bleacher sections. Sections with discounted Group tickets include:

  • Main Level (100 Level)

    • Sections 111-118
    • Sections 142-151
  • Club Level (200 Level)

    • Sections 211-218
    • Sections 242-249
  • View Level (300 Level)

    • All Sections

For select games Sections 111-151 and all Club Level sections are eligible for discounted Group tickets.

What is included with my Group ticket purchase?

Each Group of 20 or more tickets includes:

    • Discounted ticket
    • Group welcome on MarinersVision
    • 2 Complimentary tickets to a regular season game in the same season as the group ticket purchase.

How do I get my group’s name on MarinersVision?

To ensure your Group welcome runs on MarinersVision at the end of the 4th inning, get the name of your Group to your Account Executive. You will be able to fill out a survey with your desired name. If you are booking within 1 week of the game date, please let the Account Executive know 3 business days prior to the game to ensure the message runs.

The Seattle Mariners, in their sole discretion, have the option to not show your welcome message if there is use of a website, hashtag, another team's likeness, profanity, hurtful language, or whatever the Mariners deem inappropriate.

If I reserved more tickets than I needed, can I drop the ticket total and keep my discounted rate?

Depending on how many tickets you drop, your price may change. Our Group pricing is based on the dynamic single game price. The day you book your group, you are getting the discount off the single game pricing at that time. If you book 40 tickets in January for $30 per person and only need 25 tickets when the time comes for final payment. Your pricing will be based off the 20-39 person discount for the current dynamic rate. That could change your $30 ticket to a $45 ticket if the game becomes popular.

If you started with 30 tickets and need to drop down to 20, your rate stays the same.

If you started with 25 and end up needing 40, you will get a better discount based moving up a tier. For example, a group of 25 tickets gets a $35 per person price. Since they need 40 people now, that price becomes $30 per person in this fictitious example.

    Can I get printed tickets?

Tickets for games at T-Mobile Park will be digital only, available through the MLB Ballpark app or the Ticketmaster app. Both are available in Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Can I resell or transfer my digital tickets?

Yes, transfer and re-sale will be available through your mobile app or your My Mariners account. Log in using your email address and password to view or transfer tickets. Tickets can be re-sold through the Mariners official secondary market provider Stubhub. Note, you are not permitted to break up your group and resell individual tickets. All re-sales must be for the entire number of tickets in your group and may only be sold for use by members of the same household.

Is the T-Mobile Park Box Office open to buy tickets?

The Left Field and Home Plate Box Offices will be open on game days two hours prior to game time. Guests can purchase tickets, exchange tickets and receive any assistance with their event tickets.

Can I pay with cash for tickets at the box office?

T-Mobile Park is now cashless and that includes the ticket box offices. Debit, credit or gift cards are welcome when purchasing tickets.

    Are ADA seats available?

Yes, ADA seating is available for Group ticket purchases. Please let your Account Executive know if that is something you will need.

Can I use the skybridge to enter the ballpark?

The Suite skybridge will only be available for Suite ticket holders and the Terrace Club skybridge will only be available for Terrace Club or Diamond Club ticket holders.

Can my tickets be exchanged for a different game if I cannot use them?

Tickets purchased are not refundable, however you may exchange 10 or more tickets at least 72 hours in advance of your original game date.
