What time can I arrive for the concert?

Are there hotel accommodations in or around the ballpark?

There are a number of hotels within walking or short driving distance from the ballpark.

What is the camera policy?

Personal photography is permitted in the ballpark provided the images are for personal use only. By artist request, the following items will be prohibited at the ballpark:

  • Professional cameras, which include detachable lenses
  • Professional or non-mobile phone video cameras
  • Selfie sticks, monopods and tri-pods
  • Audio recording devices on any kind

Can we bring food or drinks into the ballpark?

T-Mobile Park has something for every appetite from traditional ballpark fare like hot dogs and garlic fries to sushi, as well as gluten-free and vegetarian offerings. Sign boards of all concession stands are located on all levels of the ballpark. Food brought into the ballpark must be wrapped, bagged or inside a container and must be in compliance with the bag policy. Items such as apples and oranges must be quartered. Personal food items cannot be carried into any of the restaurants, lounges or suites.

What are the directions to get to T-Mobile Park?

Interstate 5 (I-5), Interstate 90 (I-90) and State Route 99 (SR-99) all serve T-Mobile Park within 1/2 mile of the ballpark. Please visit Mariners.com/Transportation for a list of exits that you will put you in the vicinity of the ballpark; the exit you plan to use will likely depend on where you plan to park.

What other transportation options are available?

A taxi stand is located at the northwest corner of First Avenue South and South Royal Brougham Way. This taxi stand operates before, during and after events. This location is subject to change due to construction. For public safety and traffic flow, Guests using rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber are encouraged to use the taxi stand location as well, as many streets around the ballpark are changed to "one-way only" after events.

I require ADA seating and need to make special arrangements for an upcoming show. What do I do?

T-Mobile Park was designed to meet all structural and service requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Seattle Mariners take pride in continually improving stadium accessibility. It is our goal to make sure all Guests can enjoy the ballpark in a safe and comfortable environment. Guests with disabilities may make requests for reasonable modifications of policies, practices or procedures or for auxiliary aids and services, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Will there be a security screening?

For the safety of everyone at the ballpark, the Mariners require that all Guests entering the facility be screened for prohibited items, whether by walk-through metal detector, hand-held metal detector, bag check, pat-down search or otherwise.

Is there somewhere my bag can be stored?

Storage options are available at independent retailers in the surrounding neighborhood.

Can I bring posters to the concert?

Signs and banners with non-concert messaging and larger than 22" x 28" are prohibited. Poster policy is subject to change based on artist preference.

Are children required to have a ticket?

Children, two years of age and under, do not require a ticket provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Keep in mind, concerts typically sell out. If you need individual space, it is recommended that you purchase a ticket for any child 2 and under.

Strollers can be checked at a Guest Service Center (Sections 128 or 329)

What are the restricted items during the show?

For everyone's safety, the Mariners do not allow the following items:

  • Bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
  • Pets (excluding service animals)
  • Professional-style camera lenses or tripods
  • Selfie sticks, flag/sign poles or brooms
  • Weapons
  • Alcohol, glass containers or outside beverages (except permitted)
  • Glass (perfume, etc.) or metal containers including aerosol containers (mace, perfume, sun screen, hairspray, shaving cream, etc.)
  • Drones
  • Noisemakers or laser pointers
  • Fireworks and flammable liquids
  • Inflatable items (balloons, beach balls, etc.)
  • Skateboards, rollerblades or hover boards
  • Items not listed here but determined to be a risk to the safety or enjoyment of attendees by stadium management shall be refused entry
  • List of prohibited Items subject to change without notice for non-Mariners home games, concerts and other special events.

Guests with questions about what may or may not be brought into T-Mobile Park may call (206) 346-4001 before arriving at the ballpark.

Will wheelchairs be available on-site?

Wheelchair escorts are available on a first-come, first-served basis to assist Guests to and from the entry gates or the Mariners Parking Garage. This service is intended only for arrivals and departures. Wheelchair service may not be used to bring Guests from seats to concessions, clubs, retail locations or anywhere else in the ballpark other than a designated exit gate. T-Mobile Park does not lend or rent wheelchairs or other mobility devices.

Will merchandise be sold at the show?

Yes, merchandise locations will be available throughout the ballpark. It is recommended that patrons arrive early to purchase their merchandise while inventory is high and lines are reasonable.

What happens if it rains?

If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, the T-Mobile Park staff will make the call to close the retractable roof prior to the start of the show.

Umbrellas are prohibited from use inside the ballpark.

Which entry gate should I use?

All entry gates will be open, including Right Field Gate and T-Mobile Gates which are typically special access on baseball dates but available to all guests attending the concert. Entry locations designated for specific ticket types are:

  • Club Level tickets (200 Level) can enter through Club Skybridge
  • Suite Level tickets (Suite Level) can enter through Suite Skybridge
  • VIP package tickets should check in outside Left Field Gate at the corner of 1st Avenue South and Royal Brougham. At check-in, a specific entry gate will be communicated based on your package.

Is smoking permitted on-site?

In compliance with the Washington Clean Air Act, T-Mobile Park is a no-smoking venue (including marijuana, chewing tobacco and electronic cigarettes). Smoking is not permitted in any location inside the ballpark or within 25 feet of all entrances, windows and ventilation intakes.

How can I retrieve a lost item?

If Guests misplace an item or become separated from their party, please proceed to a Guest Service Center (Section 128). After a game, Guests can call (206) 346-4444 for assistance on lost items. Items will be kept for one month before being donated to charity.

Will concession stands be open?

A number of concession stands will be available for Guests to purchase food and beverage during the concert. Sign boards of all concession stands are located on all levels of the ballpark.

When will they stop serving alcohol during the show?

Guests who consume alcohol are expected to do so in a responsible manner and abide by these guidelines:

  • No outside alcoholic beverages or powders are permitted to enter T-Mobile Park.
  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted to leave T-Mobile Park.
  • T-Mobile Park has a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking.
  • Spirits are only permitted in designated areas at the discretion of venue management.
  • Guests are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per transaction.
  • Anyone appearing to be under the age of 40 will be asked for ID.
  • Alcohol shut-off times are subject to change and are at the discretion of venue management
